Mattias Innocenti

Mattias is a Senior Director of Development South Europe at Accor. He is currently based in Milan.
After graduating from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, he held positions ranging from capital markets and feasibility to development for consultancies as well as global hotel chains like Hilton and 25Hours.
In his current role, he is responsible for the net unit growth of Accor’s multi-brands portfolio, with a particular focus on Italy, Greece, and Cyprus.
In almost a decade in the hotel sector, he has built a solid knowledge of hotel underwriting and development process across the European region and different hotel asset classes.
